Refund & Return Policy

Product Returns: 

Once your products are delivered and accepted as correct and per the original order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, if you receive damaged, expired, or incorrect items, please return them to the delivery person along with a note on the delivery challan. Contact our customer service via the “Contact Us” section on our website, mentioning the order number, delivery date, and reason for return. Returns must include a copy of the original receipt, an authorization number, and must be in unopened, saleable condition. Please note that postage and return shipping charges will not be refunded. We cannot process returns or exchanges for opened or used products. Refund requests will be processed within 1 to 3 weeks after receiving your returned items. You will be notified once your return is completed.

Refund Policy:

Our return policy is valid for 3 days post-delivery. To request an exchange or return, please email us at info@upajoil.com. within this time frame. Returns or exchanges cannot be processed after 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and packaging.

Refund Exclusions: Refunds will not be granted for the following:

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not caused by our error.
  • Items returned after 3 days of delivery.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 30 days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund, check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If you still haven’t received it, please reach out to info@upajoil.com.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at info@upajoil.com. for further instructions.
